Tim Ireland, a producer, director and editor with VAVS Productions for 9 years, has won several national awards recently for promotional and training video productions (from the Educational Press Association of America, The Association of Educational Publishers and The American Correctional Association). He has also won national awards for independent work in video and music (from the American Film Institute and the John Lennon Spirit Foundation). Tim specializes in long-form documentary programs and also directs live multi-camera programs for broadcast, such as the Nobel Peace Laureates Conference at the University of Virginia in November 1998.
